Feeling my heart racing in anger as I stare at my phone flashing my asshole kind of a boss, I answered his call with extreme coercion. “What do you f*****g want?”
I can hear heavy breath on the other line mixed with the soft music used that I can also hear from where I am standing now.
Why is he still here? I thought he already found someone to be with him tonight. I felt another ache throbbing in my chest but I ignored it.
