Dreame recognizes that your privacy is very important and we take it seriously. we are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your information safe. This Privacy Policy describes Dreame’s policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure, and sharing of your personal information or personal data, and the choices you can make about how we use this information, when you access or use the Dreame Platform.

Note that Deame’s Terms of Use apply to this Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Dreame Platform, you are consenting that you unconditionally accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms under this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Dreame Platform.

Data Collection

In order to help you to create an account with Dreame and use our Platform, we need to collect and process some Personal Information. "Personal Information" is any information that can identify you. This may include but not limited to your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, age, gender, credit card information.   • Create your Dreame account and provide you with our Services
  • Identify you across the Platform
  • Make age appropriate content available to you
  • Provide you with technical support services
  • Communicate with you (e.g. letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements)

  • Calculate anonymous and aggregate statistics to better understand our users, improve our services, develop new features, personalize and customize your story discovery experience

Our Platform are designed to help you share information with the Dreame community. Any personal information that you voluntarily choose to include in a publicly accessible space of the Platform will be available to anyone who has access to that content (including other Dreame users), such as your username, name, the description you create, and your location, as well as the messages you post whether on your profile, on our forums or to other users, and the lists you create, people you follow, stories you write, and many other bits of information that result from your use of the Platform.

We do not rent or sell your personally identifying information to other companies or individuals, unless we have your consent, except in the following very limited situations:

  • To comply with an applicable law (including investigations of any crime), regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request;

Information Security

We are continuously implementing and updating physical, organizational, contractual and technological security measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. The only employees who are granted access to your Personal Information are those with a business “need-to-know” or whose duties reasonably require such information. On all Dreame platforms, we support encryption on all transmissions to protect Personal Information submitted on our Platform.

Non-personal Information

Dreame uses cookies, tracking pixels and similar technologies on our Platform to collect information that cannot identify you as an individual (“non-personal information”) that helps us provide our Service to you and to learn how our Service is used. We also use these technologies to help deliver promotional messages and ads for relevant Dreame products and services.
We may share non-personal information publicly and with various third parties like publishers or advertisers. For example, we may share information with advertisers or publicly show trends about the general use of our Platform.

Third-party Advertisers, Links to Other Platforms

Dreame allows other companies, which are known as third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within Dreame’s Platform. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send the advertisements and links that appear on Dreame directly to you. They automatically receive your IP address when the advertising happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content you see.

Dreame does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out.

You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers or ad networks for more information on their practices and for instructions on how to opt-out of certain practices. Dreame’s Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or platforms. Any data obtained by third-party ad servers and subsequently shared with Dreame is maintained and dealt with by Dreame in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Changes

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent; in other cases, please note that your continued use of the Platform after any change means that you agree with, and consent to be bound by, the revised Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any changes in this Privacy Policy and do not expect your Personal Information to be collected subject to the revised Policy, you will need to close your account and/or stop using the Platform.
