Outside he found a large playset complete with a tire swing, seesaw and a climbing dome. Setting Jamie down Nicolas followed them as the kids sprinted toward the playset. He chuckled and watched as Daisy bounded alongside them. It was close to two weeks since they visited his family’s estate and it looked like Jamie had forgotten all about the awkward meeting with his cousins.
Nicolas was glad Jamie could have fun with other kids his own age. It was unfortunate he couldn’t have the same kind of fun with his actual cousins but Nicolas hoped this party would make up for it. Jamie and Zoe were clearly very close so perhaps they felt like real cousins to each other.
