Nick POV
The Hummers GPS was telling him it was 4 hours to his destination. It wasn’t going to take him that long to get out there, he was doing more then the legal speed limit. Rip had receded to the back of his mind all quiet, laying down, Nick could still feel anger in him. Even though he’d dispatched the traitors, his anger was still there. He could also feel waves of sadness roll off him every time he thought about his missing Mate.
Nick had pushed all his emotions down and away, his only focus now. To find her, nothing else mattered to him. He was praying that he was right, and that she had gone home, and wasn’t just out there in rogue territory still.
