I keep watching Valerie in disbelieve. How can she be this happy just learning that Austin is taking her on a date? How can anyone be so simple-minded? These small things always draw her attention. She is so engrossed in all these; she hasn’t even realized that Austin is standing behind her. He asks us to keep shut, and then he leaves the house abruptly. I frown a bit, trying to understand why he is doing this. My mobile vibrates suddenly with a ding sound. A message from Austin.
So, he wants me to take care of all these. He is just getting even with me for spoiling his morning. It’s going to be really difficult. Valerie doesn’t like to rely on others.
