Valerie’s POV
I’ve had a bad feeling about this. Liam hauls me to the coffee shop just around four. Why on earth is he dragging me in all these? They need to talk in private. As I step into the café, my eyes fall on Daniel. He is already here! Of course, he is. He has been too eager to see Liam. Now I am feeling bad for him. His eyes meet mine. There is a little surprise and wait! Does he look relieved?
The café is almost empty. Actually, we are the only customer here. Is that what Daniel’s doing? Possibly! These two Rodriguez brothers can do anything if they want.
Daniel stands up and greets Liam nervously, “hi Liam.” I have never seen him tensed before. Gosh!
“Hey Daniel,” Liam replies, casually. He sits opposite Daniel, leaving me to sit in between them.
