As the car pulled up in front of the mansion Daniel opened the door and jumped out before the car had even fully stopped.
“Daniel!” Kysenia warned as he leaned back in and grabbed her arm ready to haul her out of the vehicle. “You can’t do this here!”
“Right now, I don’t care!” Daniel growled, but allowed Kysenia to leave the vehicle under her own power. “Can I move with speed now? Like you can?”
Kysenia regarded him with a strange worried look. “I really don’t know what you’re capable of…”
