They took his van and he drove them outside the city, stopping briefly by his house to get some supplies. Ally ignored what they were as she waited in the van when he went up to get them, taking his sweet time, and he’d shoved everything directly to the box of his truck when he returned. She’d tried to turn and look behind. -No peeking- he’d said, hopping up and closing the door They soon left the noises and hordes of cars behind them and went on a quiet rural road. Ally watched the trees flanking it and wondered where they were going.
