The wedding day came around faster than expected. It was a huge affair with royalty and courtiers from several kingdoms over attending it.
Lyvia and Callan had planned their perfect escape after the wedding. She had convinced her the king and queen to give them a set of the strongest horses and a carriage for their journey ‘back to JorvTown’. She lied that Callan’s kingdom couldn’t send its entourage in time as it was at least 3 weeks away by carriage. Once they get into the carriage after the three days of wedding celebrations, Callan will use his magic to shrink the gold to fit into their pockets.
