The wedding celebrations that stretched on for three days meant that people get to wine and dine and dance and get drunk on repeat. By the end of the three days, many of the guests were sleeping on the floor, on the chairs, the sofas, even on the tables of the great hall where it was held. The long grand table that was filled with food and ale are now almost empty except for carcasses that were picked bare and empty bowls and plates.
