*Xavier’s POV*
I go to the kitchen and get a drink and think about what Ruby said. Could the babies be here soon?
I place my glass in the sink and go back to Gabriella.
I get into bed behind her and hold her close.
Close my eyes and try to rest.
I wake up to Gabriella moving. So I let her out of my arms and watched her walk to the bathroom.
She rests her hands on the door frame and leans forward.
I rush to her side “are you okay, my love?”
She is panting and gritting her teeth.
“Xavier makes it stop; it hurts,” she says as I take her in my arms and carry her towards the Bath.
I tell Ruby to come and begin to run a bath for Gabriella; ruby comes to us and then turns the water off “no, Xavier, it's too risky to put her in the tub; bring her back to the bed so I can look at
