Samira didn’t know how long she had stood in front of Andi with a blank expression on her face but strong words were swirling in her head.
Deception.
Duplicity.
Betrayal of her trust.
Samira was hurt. She wanted to scream at his face but she couldn't do it at that moment. They had time last night but Andi didn't tell her anything. What was his purpose? Was he laughing behind her back? Samira balled her fists to somewhat release the anger building inside her.
Her grandfather's voice pulled her out from deep destructive thoughts.
“Samira—meet Damien Adriano Mendez Azure. You know him as Andi...”
