Inside Her Head

Voices are distant but there.  She can feel him hovering around her. A cool cloth drags against her sensitive skin making her flinch but she sees nothing.  The most she can get out is a gasp or two in response though.  Words elude her here.  A rushing sound much like the ocean takes up the space within her ears drowning them out for the time being. Her inhale quickly captures her attention, sounding far more a strong breeze racing over the ocean.  It feels strangely new here in the depths of what must be her own mind, or lack thereof. Her subconscious takes over in the form of her living self, not of her own eyes. It’s oddly freeing and sets her a drift, weightlessly floating about.
