Chapter 59: Incubus Island
Jamie’s POV
I ran to Jessie first once all the bodies were out of the water. Sandy was cradling her mate’s head in her lap as she sat on the floor. I did the same with Jessie placing his forehead to mine. I focused on righting whatever was wrong with him. They had been placed into an enchanted deep sleep almost like sleeping beauty. I took a deep breath. Demon magic was different but I had too try.
“Jessie, Jessie, I call out to thee
From the darkness follow me
Into light again you’ll see
Of this accursed sleep be free!”
