Then again, we’d been kids. We were men now, full grown and in full cognizance of what we were doing. “We have a special guest in the house tonight,” Jimmy was saying. “He’s my best friend and bandmate during high school. I’m sure I don’t need to introduce him but please welcome Robbie Deacon, of Dragonheart. Come on up, Robbie.” I went up onto the stage to stand beside Jimmy.
