Doctor Garcia was stupefied when she saw the two little twins who were exactly mini replicas of her beloved Doctor Michael. She wasn't that evil to hurt the two little ones. In fact, she really longed for a child. She wanted to have a least one with Doctor Michael before Marnie came into their lives.

Being a licensed Medical Doctor, an ObGyne, she does love children. She's been once the one holding babies from their mother's womb and she was always the first touch of those babies. She saved the lives of mothers and babies. Having these thoughts, she froze.

"What am I doing right now?" she asked herself and start sobbing.

"I shouldn't be an abductor of these cute little kiddos," she said to herself while staring at the twins who were both sleeping in the room assigned to them.

"It wasn't my intention to harm these kiddos," she kept on talking to herself as guilt feelings were starting to arise to her right now. She just wanted to talk to Doctor Michael, that's it. "It's my subconscious mind, who is the culprit who instructed me to abduct these two," she's starting to get panic as it came to her realization now of what she was doing. She knew she's not yet fully recovered from her illness. She is quite fighting and debating to herself.

Her mind is injecting some thoughts of revenge while the other half is on the right side. She holds her head with her both hands and started to scream which made the twins awaken.

They were so frightened seeing Doctor Gacia screaming in front of them. They started to cry.
