Gwen stood by helplessly as Finn was hooked up to a different array of tubes and monitors, allowing his fragile little body to be observed from his youthful age and delicate existence. The child was crying mercilessly, making Gwen feel helpless as a mother as she was forced beside her child, only able to watch. On one instance, she was able to reach for his hand, having him wrap his entire fist over just one of her fingers as the moment brought tears to her eyes.
