Chapter 16 First Date

Alliah's recovery seemed to be a miracle one, as she fully recovered and started to drive once again. Her will to survive was much stronger now. With Jamiro's presence, she became more alive and jolly.

While Alliah was busy loading her stuff inside her car, her mobile phone vibrates.

When she saw Jam's name on the screen, she was so excited to read it.

"Hi, I'm at the camp now. I can meet you later. Let's have lunch together," Jam messaged her with s smiley emoji.

Alliah smiled and replied, "Sure, I'll be in Intramuros later. See you there." She was so happy to meet him once again. This time, it will be for real. A date giggle perhaps. Having a lunch date with him made her giggle.

She drove her car to Ma Moon Luk Restaurant, a traditional Chinese cuisine restaurant near Intramuros, Manila.

She saw Jamiro approaching her already while she was parking her car. Her heart beats so fast as she saw this gorgeous man walking towards her.

"Hi! How are you?" Jam greeted her with a smile.

Alliah smiled at him and said," I am good. You look like a priest haha. Just kidding."

Jamiro smiled at her. He liked her glow now that she was fully recovered.

"Priest? Ha ha. Well, let us see?" he said, then he winked at her, making Alliah blush.

"I just said. By the way, are you going to bring your car too? I can drive now, I am fully recovered. Thanks to you," Alliah said very lively to Jamiro.

He smiled, seeing how gullible Alliah is right now compared with the first time he visited her and lunched out with her. She looked like she hadn't undergone difficult surgery way back then.

"Yup, I will bring mine. Let's have our convoy. I will lead the way and you follow, alright?" Jamiro said to this beautiful lady in front of him. He wanted to kiss her but he was controlling himself.

Jamiro felt that he was in heaven, seeing Alliah recovering from her surgery.

"Are you sure, you can drive with the traffic now in Manila?" Jamiro asked Alliah with concern.

"Yeah, I can. Besides I already have a schedule at Bicol, LA Union, and Infanta," she replied with confidence.

"Can you do long driving already? You might get sick again," Jamiro's concern can be felt by his words.

Alliah smiled and said," The Lord healed me already and I can do it. No worries."

Jamiro seemed to be worried about Alliah's guts and will. She's smart, as in pretty smart but he finds her quite aggressive. She had just recovered from surgery. And it wasn't just an ordinary surgery, her upper colon had been removed which almost took his life.

"Who will accompany you?" he asked.

"I will bring Joshua with me. I will tour him while I'm working. How I wished you can join us, but I know that you still have work to do," Alliah said while showing sadness in her eyes.

Even though they were both getting to know each other well, it seemed that they have been together for so long. They longed for each other now, even if they can't see other with just an hour of separation.

"Alright, I'll lead the way. Follow me," Jam said to Alliah then he caressed her hair and face before he head to his car.

They parked their car, then went inside the Ma Mon Luk Restaurant. Alliah loves seafood with soup.

Alliah almost flooded her meals with soup which delighted Jamiro. He was so fascinated with the childishness of Alliah, she was like a child who was eating her meals which were almost soaked with soup.

"C'mon let's eat together," Alliah stopped eating for a while when she saw that JAmiro was just staring at her.

"I'm happy seeing how you eat," Jamiro smiled at Alliah and slowly swipe a piece of viand at the left corner of her lips.

Alliah blushed. She felt electrocuted every time Jamiro touched her. She doesn't know why.

"I love you, Alliah," Jamiro said directly to Alliah before he eats.

"I love you more Jam," Alliah replied.

They shared some memories when they were young. When Jamiro cannot approach Alliah as she seemed to be a snob and quiet type before. He doesn't even know how to confess then.

"You should have told me that before. Imagine it took thirty years already before you confess, hmmp," Alliah said while pouting her lips.

"If only I have enough courage that time, perhaps we are husband and wife now," a bit of sorrow came out from Jamiro's eyes. He held Alliah's hand.

"Yeah. I thought that I'm so ugly as my youngsters as nobody approach me, haist..." Alliah sighed.

"If only... if only... I promise you that I will compensate you for the long lost thirty years of our being together, Alliah. I will not give you any headaches and heartaches. I will protect, take good care of you, and love you endlessly," Jamiro confessed to Alliah wholeheartedly.

Alliah couldn't find any words to say. She was overwhelmed with Jamiro.

She wasn't expecting him to be this caring, loving, and sweet. She loved him so much. She can't even explain her feelings to him. Even for just a short period of being text mates and being together for about an hour, she felt their connection was very strong. It seemed that they had been together long before.

Jamiro observed Alliah's reaction and he find their connection as well. He felt that Alliah loved him the way he loved her as well. Their actions and eye contact cannot deny the fact that they truly loved each other.

"I don't know either why I felt that we had been together before. I think you are indeed my soulmate, Alliah. God is so good that despite our age now, we still met and reconnected," Jamiro emotionally confessed to Alliah.

"I can feel it the same way, Jam. I do believe that we were lovers from our previous lives and reconnected in this time," Alliah shyly smiled at him. She felt heaven.

After they have eaten. They decided to go home already. Convoy as well.

Jamiro got inside Alliah's car and chat a bit. Before he left, he kissed Alliah's lips tenderly. Alliah's first intimate kiss with Jam. She tasted his lips so sweet and soft.

Jamiro smiled and told Alliah," Is it your first kiss, Alliah?" he asked wondering why she doesn't know how to kiss.

Alliah smiled, " With your tender kiss, yes," she said shyly, wondering why he asked. Did she kiss badly? she asked herself.

Jamiro kissed her once again guiding Alliah on how to kiss tenderly. He bit her lower lips teasingly before he brushed his lips with hers. He slowly inserted his tongue inside Alliah's mouth and sucked her tongue tenderly. It was the first for Alliah as she hadn't experienced it with her ex-husband before.

Jamiro is so gentle with her.

Jamiro slowly parted their lips while Alliah's eyes were still closed as if she were still kissing Jamiro's lips.

Jamiro held Alliah's face with his hands and gave her a deep kiss.

"I love you," he said. Alliah opened her eyes and said," I love you more."

Jamiro said," I know you're not into this kind of kiss and I'm so flattered to be you first. I'll teach you more next time," he smiled while caressing Alliah's face.

Alliah blushed and couldn't find words to say. JAmiro's kisses were so gentle.

"Let's go with our convoy. Your mother is waiting already," he said.

"Okay," Alliah said.

Jamiro was on the lead to exit the parking lot while Alliah was at his back on their convoy.

Alliah was still dazed while maneuvering her car making her accidentally bumped a big pot in the restaurant.

The security guard immediately guide her and informed her no need to worry.

"Thank you and I'm sorry," she said. She followed Jam's car who was already waiting outside the parking lot.

He was wondering what took Alliah too long to exit.

When he saw Alliah's car, he slowly lowered his car window and asked her why.

Alliah just smiled at him and gave him a flying kiss. Alliah was ashamed to tell him that his kisses made her mind block out.
