I was sat in my office, trying to concentrate on work to keep my mind off of the current situation. Kiara was pacing back and forth, the worry and stress that I could feel emanating off of her could not be good for the pup. I got up and stood in the path, she was so lost in thought that she almost collided with me, jumping when she finally noticed me before her. She let out a sigh and rubbed her forehead. "I'm sorry. I'm just..."
"Worried, stressed, distracted." I offered. Kiara gave me a small smile and nodded. "You need to try and relax Luna."
"I know. It is just I thought we would have heard something by now."
"They are probably too far away, they will send word when they can. Come on, let's get you out of this room, being stuck here can not be helping things." I scooped
