~Zadock~
We made it through the forest and had a short rest before heading into the human populated territory. The sights and sounds were strange and unfamiliar, they made my wolf on edge and that was not a good thing considering I was already wound so tightly. We stuck to the shadows as we went from street to street, not wanting our large numbers to call attention, we split into smaller groups but still stayed within line of sight of each other.
Still passers by would stare at us with curiosity, awe and lust. As werewolves we were naturally larger and more muscular than these petty humans but it seemed the females were still lured by such things. The smell of their arousal and need made me feel sick however, my heart set in my mate that I had left back at the pack.
