Was it me, or was Liam off this morning? He didn’t look at either me or Finn, keeping his eyes focused ahead and his answers short. After a few failed attempts at conversation, Finn gave up, turning to me. We talked, teasing each other until Liam started clicking his tongue. “You should get back Finn.” He said. His tone was almost rude. “Yeah. . .” He looked at me, nodding toward Liam in a silent question. I shrugged, shaking my head. “I’ll be back later. See you.” Scrunching up his face, he disappeared a couple of seconds later. I recalled that spell wasn’t as easy for him as it was for the others. This was good practice, at least.
