I'm going to be a father! A Dad! Oh my God, I am so freaking excited! For the past few weeks I've suspected Carly was pregnant, but whenever I brought up the subject she would pooh-pah the idea, saying she was sure it was just stress. I still bought a home pregnancy test kit, putting it in the top drawer of the bathroom vanity, wanting it on hand for when Carly was ready to do the test.
Today she was ready. I think having Jose ask the question, letting Carly know that Francine experienced similar symptons, was the nudge she needed to admit pregnancy just might be a possibility. Having Jose, Keith, as well as Leah all follow us into our apartment to wait for the results was hilarious. Say what you will about those two men, they were very family oriented.
