Zachary Moore's POV
I've been in my new flat for going on six months now and I'm loving it. Just after I moved here, I met with Alexander Love to discuss the purchase agreement of my employer's business. The terms were fair, the payment structure was sound, and very reasonable. One thing that piqued my interest and made the purchase more attractive was that my employer worked closely with the construction business owned and run by Charlie's sons.
The firm I was purchasing was an architectural firm. I was the project manager for the firm, but I also had a degree in architecture. This was a perfect fit for me. The other architects were happy to stay and work for me as we had all got along, working well together. Once I knew of the connection to Charlie, well, I jumped in feet first.
