Finally, the hype was over; these guys thrive on action. I think it was something they craved and missed, now that they were no longer in the service. They love it when I start barking out commands; it's as if a switch has been turned on, and they become alive. I love the look in their eyes; they have this spark that was dim until I called out the shots.
It was also fun watching the shock and surprise on their faces, especially Douglas and Jimmy, both macho men, as they were shown how a badass woman did it. It gave me an unexpected thrill.
