Rowen had known before he even left the diner that his girlfriend had taken the car and left. He knew her, and this was a typical Lexie thing, plus he could sense that she was no longer there in the parking lot. He sighed to himself, he had made the right decision to tell her in a public place. She had been able to absorb the information without screaming and flying off the handle. He rubbed the back of his neck and pulled out his phone. He pressed her name and waited.
