“Wow, Noah and Jace weren’t kidding.” Emily walked in unannounced and plonked herself down beside me at the kitchen bench where I was eating my cereal.
“What do you mean?” I asked confused.
“You have six guards stationed right outside your place.” Emily indicated to the hall.
“Oh, I haven’t been out since Noah and Jace left. I haven’t seen them, but they did tell me they would be there.” I had actually forgotten all about them until Emily said something. I hope they weren’t bored just standing around out there, maybe I should invite them in, but then what did I talk to six strange men about? Maybe I could just give them free reign over the tv or something and hide out in my room.
“Do you have any?’’ I asked, the twins said both of my sisters would be getting their own guards as well.
