Kael’s knights shook their heads. One and then the next snorted at the other. They tapped their hooves down onto the souls beneath them but none climbed their legs. It was startling to watch their fear building. All the while Morgan begged that the souls leaving him would group together. They needed each other if they were going to survive this. These monsters were going to use them and who knew if they’d ever have their release after.  It certainly didn’t sound like even Bryson could fully let go of the ones he had used. How would they? How did Kael? The first knight that reared up in frustration. He was mostly silver with a white stripe down the center of his face. Even his legs were silver, Morgan noticed as it pulled them into his chest and then drove them back into the ground below
