They made quite a procession as they made their way to the council chambers. Arax refused to take a chance with Gracie's life.
Roxy led the way with Gracie following behind her. Claire and Arax were behind her with Rhor bringing up the rear. Arax was positive that no one would harm her with three guardians with her.
Approaching a set of large double doors, Bolder bowed with his fist over his heart.
"All is prepared, my Queen." He had a gruff voice but when he straightened back up his eyes were soft.
Gracie smiled. "Thank you, Bolder." She couldn't help but laugh softly. "I'm about to upset the council. You guys may start wishing I had stayed in the human realm."
