CHAPTER 55
“Anon, we’ve checked Estan’s home, there was a forced entry! They took him,” Silver called Anon right from Estan’s residence. Several items were not in their rightful place and the door lock was broken.
Now Anon was certain that Estan was the reason why Ada had been acting weirdly since last night.
“You know what to do,“ Anon muttered under his breath.
“Yes—“ Silver concurred.
“I will see you later,” Anon whispered and he tapped the end call.
It was Estan all along, it was Estan's life in danger, they used him in order to frighten Ada, Anon figured. She refused to talk about it last night. She cried endlessly but didn’t say anything, because Ada was scared that if she spoke to him about it, whoever has Estan might do something bad to him.
