On top of everything I am dealing with, I have to deal with the fact that Lauren rejected me, and now that hits harder any punch. When we were on my boat, I thought that we were making progress, when she kissed me, I thought that I had won her back.
I also thought that she would be happy in the morning, instead, she looked like someone had killed her puppy, like she had made the biggest mistake of her life. I have never had any woman treat me like she did and it hurts.
