Claudia's POV:
Okay, so I wasn't exactly expecting her to figure that one out. I hadn't told anyone about that encounter with the vampire king and I'm pretty sure he's never told anyone either. It's not exactly a time in my life I'm very proud of. I hadn't been with a man for a long time by the time the vampire king showed up at my apartment and unfortunately, I fell victim to his smooth-talking nature and lust took over very quickly.
"Come on, Claudia!" Bella persisted behind me as I got up from the bar stool and headed in the direction of my room.
"It's not like I'm a stranger! We've been living together for months!" She continued as she followed me in the room.
