My eyes fluttered open to the morning sun and the chirping of the birds. I sighed and stretched my aching body.
After yesterday’s passionate s*x, I barely wanted to get up. Allerick took care of Caiden while I slept the rest of the day. Strangely, Allerick seemed lost in thought when he should have felt the opposite, happy. I didn’t question him and gave him some space. I know he needs it since most of the night he spent it awake.
Pushing my body up from the bed, I lower my eyes down at my naked boy that was covered with biting and nail marks. I blushed as I pulled the blanket up. Looking around, I notice Allerick hasn’t been in the room for a while. So, grabbing my robe, I get up and head towards the kitchen.
