Stella stared at the ceiling as memories rushed through her of everything that happened. She started sobbing.
"Hey, hey, Stella, baby what is it?" Kane asked, sitting up and lifting her onto his lap, so she was straddling him. He cupped her face with his hands.
"I remember. Oh, Goddess Kane, I am so sorry. I left without your explanation. I abandoned you for so long," she sobbed.
