On his first day at work, Stacey brought Greg to the 14th floor to meet his teammates in the Business Development Department. He found it weird though that his office was separated from them. He had his own office on the 15th floor, near the office of the CEO. He was not the manager of the department but everyone knew how important and significant his role was in the company.
Stacey explained that it was Mr. Lee’s instructions to give him a separate office. He needed to stay focused therefore a quiet place is appropriate for his job. He wanted Greg near him because they will work closely together although his tasks entailed that all the reports that passed through his examination are intended for business development.
