While on board the bus, Greg thought of Steve. Without hesitation, he took his phone and dialed his number. After ten rings, Greg heard the busy tone and knew that Steve intentionally didn’t answer his call.
He decided to send him a text message:
Greg: Steve, I’m going to the mansion right now. Mom’s not feeling well and was rushed to the hospital. Mr. Javier was left alone in the mansion and I’m going there to keep him company.
Sent. Not seen.
Greg stopped waiting for his message to be seen. Thirty minutes have already passed and his message remained unseen.
