Sami’s P.O.V.
I knocked on the door of Indi’s room inside Dr. Ross’ home, before I opened it up and poked my head through the door opening. I almost wanted to excuse myself, since by looking inside, I saw that I wasn’t the only person in the room who wanted to visit Indi. Jeremy was standing next to Indi’s bed, both his hands planted deep inside his pants pockets, it looked as if the two of them had just been talking, and when Jeremy turned his head and saw that it was me, he blushed just a little, making me wonder what their conversation had actually been about.
“Oh, sorry. I didn’t mean to disturb you guys.” I told them, seeing how Indi’s whole face lit up at the sight of me and Jeremy just shook his head, pressing his lips together into a thin line.
