I wave Ryder and Roman off from the house after we had eaten breakfast together and have to say I was actually grateful he had brought that for me. I felt ready to face the gargantuan task I faced today of working on my assignment. This was one of the bigger ones for my degree, so it was important I was focused, so the “brain food” Roman provided was probably a good thing.
The moment we had had definitely made me a little on edge, but Roman changed the subject soon after and got Ryder sorted and left to allow me to get on with my assignment. I couldn’t help but think maybe he had taken into mind everything I had said now, he was focusing on Ryder, doing what he could to help, and respecting me.
Ok, there had been the occasional slip calling me Sugar, but he had quickly corrected himself
