We spent most of the night packing things up. Roman reassured me I would not need things for the kitchen, bathroom, or furniture. So I was literally packing clothes and personal items. Which made my job a lot easier. I had finally fallen into bed in the early hours, leaving Roman on the sofa. I did feel a little guilty, but he said he would be fine. And at the end of the day he could quite easily have gone to the packhouse and slept in a bed there. I am sure he would regret his decision in the morning when he could barely move. Amazingly, I was awake before Ryder this morning. The sun was peaking through the gap in my bedroom curtains.
