Allison’s POV Waking up to Ryder caressing my head, especially after crying myself to sleep with uncertainty, felt like the highlight of this life. I felt the spark and caught a glimpse of the shining star that radiated at Ryder’s touch. Shifting to human form and being pulled into his comforting arms, felt so right. I was now free of Sebastian, free to live my life, free to be with Ryder. My heart was trilled knowing he hadn’t left me…again, and he promised he never would. I felt reassured. Our exchange of affection, interrupted by his younger brother wasn’t such a bad thing, because I finally got to see the face of my father’s savior. He was a splitting image of Ryder.
