I’ve been standing and staring at the bouquet I placed at the mini altar in front of me for a couple of minutes.
I don’t want to break down and cry again, so I heaved a sigh.
“Hey... How are you? It’s been a while and I’ve missed you.”
“I don’t know if you’re watching me right now. But I just want you to know I had never forgotten you.”
“I missed you, Kyle.”
“How I wish you’re still here. I missed going to your house and had nothing to worry about. I wish I could go back to the times when we were laughing our asses off because of your crazy antics and jokes.”
“My life isn’t the same as what you knew. But I’m fine and I’m happy now.”
