There was a second of silence.
From the second that she let out her last breath, Mint felt the relief from the three males that were surrounding her. The way all had evened their breaths like she was nothing but a bone that was stuck in their throats. From here, it was clear that this woman had not offered her fair share of a good thing.
Her death is a good thing.
