Serena woke up to see Liam's big green eyes staring down at her. She shrieked and jumped backward, hearing soft laughter coming from Liam.
"Sorry" he apologized "I didn't mean to scare you."
She relaxed slightly. Had she spent the night in Liam's room? She briefly remembered going there after having a bad dream and talking to him. Had she fallen asleep? She felt embarrassed but not overly so, and gave him a tentative smile. He returned the smile. "I'm going to go have a shower," he told her with a wink "unless you want to come to join me" he teased as she blushed and shook her head.
"Thanks but I think I'll pass," she said drily and glanced down at the hospital gown with a sigh. She would have liked to have changed out of it but she still had no clothes, at least as far as she was awa
