Kara's POV:
I watched Azariah as he tried to process the little bit of information I gave him but his expression wasn't really telling me anything. That is the one thing I have noticed with him, he is very good at not revealing his thoughts through his expressions. I could, however, after a few moments of silence, see that he was getting ready to say something but that is when the door behind me opened. Azariah looked up to see who it was and I turned, only to see Atticus standing in the doorway of the room.
I could see the anger in Atticus' face when he saw that I was standing in the same room as Azariah with no one else in the room with us. He clearly thinks that something is going on between us and truthfully, he wouldn't be wrong, at least, not anymore. I just don't want to know
