Usually she would be calm and collected but given the situation she felt the need to talk it through with Roxi as she went to clear the emptiness in the air now far away from the feuding couple. It wasn’t necessarily that she was going to rip Ben to shreds for throwing her in the pool. That, honestly, was quick thinking on his part. Kayla, though, was hurting and while it was rare to see her weakened or accepting the causes of her own defeat, could ruin herself and Chyanne worried that her Alpha might not be able to match the effort that they have learned to extrude in times like these.
It wasn’t necessarily that he couldn’t exactly. He just needed time, like they all did.
