Once all the injured were back at the institute, we set out again through the tree. This time it was not as quiet as it had been before. It seemed the closer we came to our goal, the more of Asloxorth’s patrols we came across. Luckily, these seemed to be smaller groups that were easily and quickly dispatched with. They were not only coming at us from the front however, several times a scouting group attacked our party from the side and took one or two of the unsuspected people by surprise, leading to even more having to be quickly teleported home before we could continue. As such, we were all on edge. Everyone on high alert, their weapons or claws unsheathed as we continued on through the cover of yet more trees.
