We walked in absolute silence. Gabriel had told everyone of the plan and that had seemed to be enough for everyone to put their game face on. We had descended the hill where we camped out last night, and having not set a fire through fear of it being seen from miles around due to our position, I felt even colder than usual. Now that we were hidden slightly by the trees, I summoned a small fireball to try and get some feeling back into my hands before quickly putting it out, knowing that I needed to save as much power as possible.  My heart was pounding in my chest.
