“Okay, what did you find out?” Charlotte asked, barely able to contain her excitement that there was finally some news about her necklace. She’d found Liam in the kitchen and had practically dragged him to the couch in the living room so that they could both hear what Lily and Finn had to say.
“We’re actually in Hood River this week visiting my brother and niece. I can’t believe how big Laura’s growing and she has the cutest big hazel eyes,” Lily said, clearly not reading Charlotte’s impatience.
