Pierce hasn’t gone home yet. I’m getting worried since he didn’t respond to my text or call. I called my brother, but he’s not with him either.
“Pierce, where are you?” I said while typing it.
I don’t know if he had gone to his old apartment or what. But I have heard nothing from him since he left.
Then a few seconds later, a call came in and it’s from dad.
“Hello?” kind of reluctant talking to him. I am sensing his call has something to do with Clyde.
“Hailey..”
“Hi, dad. What’s up?” I asked.
“I spoke to Clyde, and he told me he contacted you. Yet, he didn’t get a response from you. Have you seen his chats?”
I knew it.. I wasn’t mistaken.
“Yes, dad. I’m just busy. I have homeworks I need to finish since the deadline will be tomorrow. And I haven’t done with everything yet.”
