Emma's POV:
Both Clayton and I were amazed. We had no idea why this had happened or how. The whole thing seemed impossible. This was nothing short of a miracle. The only thing is, humans don't bounce back like a vampire does. The amount of time she's been in the coma and then who knows how long her heart was stopped, even though she's breathing on her own she could still be to some extent brain dead. There would be nothing more we could do for her if that was the case. Even turning her isn't going to heal her brain.
Something we could never figure out. Out of all this time vampires never learned why we couldn't heal the brain or why the venom didn't do anything either when they were turned.
"How is this possible?" I whispered when Clayton stood up from Cameron.
