Charlotte's POV
I could feel someone's warm fingers brushing away my hair lightly before they took my hand in theirs again. I don't know for how long they have been holding my hand, but it felt nice.
It reminded me that I am not utterly alone in this.
"It has been three days," I heard a familiar voice say, "Are you sure this is normal? She might need other treatments -"
"She will open her eyes when she is ready, Mr.Lockwood" I heard another feminine voice say, "Her vitals are good, and she is recovering nicely. I said she would wake up by tonight or maybe tomorrow. "
